GRUPO CACAOLAT S.L. (hereinafter, Cacaolat), with Fiscal Identification Code B64975634 and registered address Avda. Francesc Macià 255-233, 08924 Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona), informs Users of the website https://www.grupocacaolat.es/, of which it is the owner, of the Terms and Conditions of Access and Use associated with the website.

Access to and use of the website “www.grupocacaolat.es” shall be governed by and shall be subject to the following General Conditions. The use of all websites owned by Cacaolat entails full acceptance by the User of all General Conditions of Access and Use in force at any time the User accesses the website. Cacaolat reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time.

All the contents of the Cacaolat websites (including texts, images, photographs, audio, video, software, design and identifying marks) are subject to legislation on Intellectual Property. The rights on contents belong to Cacaolat or, as the case may be, to third parties. Access to the Cacaolat websites does not imply in any case assignment, transfer or any kind of waiver of Intellectual Property rights.

The User may not, under any circumstances, modify or suppress any data identifying the rights of Cacaolat or of third parties on the contents. Cacaolat does not accept liability for any damage to the user’s software or hardware deriving from access to the Cacaolat websites or from the use of information or applications contained therein.

Cacaolat does not warrant the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness or accuracy of information or services contained on its websites and they may be updated, modified or eliminate without prior notice, respecting at all times legal provisions regarding information.

Cacaolat does not warrant that the contents of its websites are suitable or available outside Spain. In the event that all or part of the contents of the Cacaolat websites were considered illegal in countries other than Spain, access thereto and use thereof by users is prohibited, and in the event that such access or use takes place, it will be solely under the responsibility of the Users, who are bound to comply with the application national laws.

Cacaolat does not accept any liability whatsoever deriving from any contents that third parties have included in hyperlinks referred to in this website. Establishing a hyperlink does not under any circumstances imply the existence of relations between Cacaolat and the owner of the website to which the link is established, nor the acceptance or approval of its contents or the services offered.

All matters relating to the Cacaolat websites shall be governed by Spanish legislation and will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, waiving any other venue that might be applicable.

  5. Quality: if you contact us in relation to one of our products, your data will only be processed to handle your case, request or compliant.

LEGAL BASIS
The Legal Basis for the processing of personal data for Purposes 1 and 5 is the legitimate interest we have in handling your request.

The Legal Basis for the processing of personal data for Purposes 2, 3 and 4 is the need to perform a contract.

In all cases, we would process the first name, surnames, national identity number (DNI), email address and telephone number.

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, we have conducted what is known as a “balancing test”. This is an internal analysis to confirm that our legitimate interest does not harm the interests of our users in the protection of their personal data; in short, that their privacy is not harmed.
